sometimes, i'm finding, that really taking deep breathes, does help calm me. it's odd. i just focus on breathing and it seems to help. i wish i never let stress effect me the way it does. it's bizzare how it hurts my body so. anyways, sorry to be so "ommmmmmmmmmmm" but i'm trying to find ways to relieve myself of pain and stress...any suggestions?
